Position Summary

This position will play a critical role in supporting field sales force in successfully utilizing the digital marketing tools available for their use. The top priority of the role initially will be supporting Agents and Regional Managers in migrating their personalized websites to a new website platform. This role will support end users to prepare for their website migration, during the migration, and following the migration.

 

Responsibilities

  • User Support & Change Management: Bolster/assist field sales force (Agents & Managers) during the migration of their personal websites to a new host platform.
  • Subject Matter Expert on Digital Marketing Tools: Be able to serve as a go-to person for the field with questions on how to use our digital marketing tools.
  • Key Stakeholder Partnership: Work with stakeholders/partners to ensure their understanding of the digital marketing platform(s) and answer to any questions/concerns from their team(s).

 

Qualifications

  • Degree/Licenses Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Areas of Study: Marketing, Communications and/or Technology
  • Minimum Level of Experience: 3-5 Years
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills:
  • Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel
  • Social Media
  • Understanding of Agency Structure a plus
  • Experience with Digital Media for Personal Branding a plus
  • Graphic Design Experience a plus
  • Website Coding Experience a plus
